Which Rules Must Be Followed When Using the Platform?

What happens if your account is suspended or closed?
Gamdom reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: serious breach of Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, operating multiple accounts, or failure to provide verification documents. In the event of a suspension, the user will be notified by email with the reason stated and given the opportunity to appeal within a specified timeframe. Funds cannot be withdrawn during a suspension; however, if the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored.
To close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. All outstanding payments must be settled and any active bonuses cancelled before the closure is processed. Any valid remaining balance in a permanently closed account will be verified and returned to the user's registered payment method.
